To be honest, I almost completely forgot that this blog existed. That’s a shame because I spent a long time working on it back in the day. Fast forward two years and quite a lot has changed in my life. I’ve lived in London for 3 years since returning from my round the world trip. I got a job in tech consultancy and have actually begun to get somewhere with it, earning a promotion and moving companies earlier this year. My relationship ended. I even lost my dad last July quite suddenly and tragically. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster I can’t lie. Now, I’m 26 and am feeling more free and at peace than I have done… ever.

Why am I back writing here?

Well…

This weekend just gone, I made a decision. A big one actually. Next year I’m going to pack in my job, leave my flat, London and the UK behind to do another Working Holiday Visa. This time, in Japan.

I’ll talk more about that in another post. But to me it seemed like a great reason to unearth this blog, dust it off and bring it back to life.

Plus, while I’m at it, why don’t I write up a few things about some of the trips I’ve done since last time eh?
